This article examines the role of the International Criminal Court in the management of digital evidence from the perspective of Digital Forensics. After introducing the concept of digital evidence, the requirements, fundamental principles and challenges related to their admissibility are analyzed. The methods of collection and use of digital evidence in investigations are examined, highlighting the reference regulatory framework and its practical implications. Particular attention is paid to the Harmony project, considered a relevant innovation in the field. The analysis aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the opportunities and difficulties related to the adoption of digital tools in the context of international justice.
