Abstract

The contribution, after carrying out a (for obvious reasons partial) historical-legal reconstruction of the evolution of the so-called Ai Act, dwells on the codes of conduct contained therein, also through a comparison with other codes of conduct found in other sectors. This is in order to try to hypothesize a use of this institution to (re)bring the Human Rights Based Approach to the center of the discourse.
