Abstract

This paper analyzes the impact of artificial intelligence on the judicial function, with particular reference to the administrative process and the exercise of judicial discretion. Starting from the progressive introduction of algorithmic tools into public decision-making, the study examines the role of AI in supporting the judicial process and assesses its structural limitations with respect to the evaluative and balancing functions inherent in administrative jurisdiction.
