This article examines the relationship between Socratic maieutics and prompt engineering, first in general and then in the context of Legal Tech. Through a conceptual analysis, it explores how the Socratic method can offer a useful model for refining interactions with artificial intelligence, provided it is placed within an intuitionistic epistemological framework. The aim is to demonstrate how prompt formulation can be understood as part of a dialogic process of ongoing validation, aimed at improving the quality of generated responses and optimizing the effectiveness of AI-based tools.
