Abstract

The article explores the intersection between digital technology and conflict dynamics, highlighting how the digital age has transformed traditional warfare scenarios into a context dominated by cyber warfare and information manipulation. After an introductory definition of the problem, the impact of digital technology on global security is analysed, with a focus on the growing relevance of cognitive warfare. The analysis offers a reflection on defence and resilience strategies, emphasising the role of European regulations in mitigating risks and promoting a secure digital environment. Finally, the article looks to future perspectives, suggesting integrated approaches to address the challenges of an increasingly.
