Renato Borruso was a magistrate, director of the Electronic Documentation Centre of the Italian Court of Cassation and a university professor for a long time at various Italian universities, but especially at LUISS Guido Carli in Rome. We owe him an innovative research system of legal documentation, but above all a in-depth theoretical study on the concept of legal data in its entirety and on the algorithm as a transparent perspective of innovative legal action.Downloads
