Call for Papers - 17th Volume, 2024
Dear Colleagues, Dear Colleagues,
i-lex - Journal of Law, Cognitive Science and Artificial Intelligence invites scholars from all fields of law, computer science and philosophy to contribute to the journal's 17th volume, which will be published online in 2024.
Possible call for papers topics include:
· The use of AI for crime prediction and social risk assessment.
· The use of AI for forensic language analysis and access to justice.
· The use of AI to automate legal tasks and case management, including the management and acquisition of court documentation.
· The impact of AI on the process in the strict sense.
· The impact of AI on the broader judicial process and the administration of justice.
· The ethical and social implications of using AI in justice.
Articles can be written in both Italian and English. We welcome research articles, reports and book reviews. Articles should preferably be between 20,000 and 50,000 characters in length (excluding spaces, including notes). All submitted articles will undergo a double blind peer review process.
